These financial podcasts are on the money

Not much of a reader? Perhaps you want to put that commute time to good use. Maybe you get bored while jogging or working out.

If that sounds like you, there are podcasts — think highly-specialized, on-demand, niche audio episodes available online and via smartphones, etc. — on just about any topic you can imagine, and personal finance is no exception.

You may already be a podcast aficionado. According to musicoomph.com, 51 percent of Americans have listened to one of the 29 million episodes currently available from more than 700,000 active podcasts (and 32 percent of us listen regularly).

Niche Pursuits, an entrepreneur’s blog covering niche business ideas, has put together a list of its “5 Best Personal Finance Podcasts”, based on both practical and entertainment value.
