Velocity has migrated to a new online and mobile banking system effective March 1, 2021. This upgrade requires that you make changes to your QuickBooks, Quicken or Mint software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition.
You should read these documents carefully. Depending on the system you use, it is important to take note of your last successful upload. Duplicate transactions can occur if you have overlapping transaction dates in the new transaction download.
Intuit aggregation services may been interrupted for up to 3-5 business days just after conversion. Users were sent letters and encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage.
Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
