Big changes are coming to your Velocity online experience on Tuesday, July 12.

This will impact:

  • Mobile banking
  • Mobile app
  • Bill pay

Here’s how you can make it a smooth transition: (Action required)

  1. Please ensure your web browser is up to date!  (see specifics* below)
  2. Please confirm that your current contact information is accurate.  It is critical to the new sign-in process.  The more accurate your information (especially phone and email), the smoother the transition will be.

On July 12, Velocity Credit Union is flipping the switch on a new online banking solution that will make your experience easier and faster. It provides consistent look, feel and function across all of your electronic and computing devices, and is packed with powerful features that make it a breeze to keep track of your finances.

If you are currently using Velocity's app (Apple or Android):

Apple: On your mobile device, please go to the App Store and download the latest update of Velocity's app.

Android: On your mobile device, please delete your current Velocity app and then download the latest version of Velocity's app from Google Play.

Velocity's mobile banking website,, will no longer be available as Velocity's website is now mobile friendly.  To access online banking on a mobile device, go to in your browser, click "Log In" in the upper right-hand corner and login.
