Welcome to Velocity’s upgraded Online Banking!
Here’s a summary of our new Online and Mobile Banking features:

When you log into our upgraded Online Banking system, you’ll arrive at your Accounts page, where you’ll see a comprehensive list of your accounts and their balances. Here are some of the new features.

Account Tiles

Your accounts, listed in a pair of columns, can be rearranged into any order by simply clicking and dragging.

Group Your Accounts

When you click and drag on an account, the account group icon pops up at the bottom of your browser window. If you drop the account tile on this icon, a new account group is created. Feel free to create your own unique groups and use them to organize your accounts.

View Activity/Quick Transfer

Clicking on the ellipsis icon on the right side of any account tile and you’ll see options for two new tools:

  • Choose View Activity for a list of the selected account’s transactions. While you’re here, try filtering, printing, exporting the transactions or getting more details.
  • Choose the Quick Transfer selection to move money from the selected account to any other linked accounts you’ve set up.

Account Visibility

Want to hide an account from your main accounts page? Just select Account Preferences for any account and click on the “Visibility” slider. Click it again to bring it back.

Accessibility (High-Contrast Mode)

If your vision is less than perfect, you can enable high-contrast mode from the Accessibility section of the Settings menu.

Security

We’ve added an additional layer of protection against fraud and identity theft. When initiating a high dollar external transfer through Online Banking, you will be sent a secure access code to validate the transaction. The code may be received via phone call or text. Once the code is received and verified, the transaction will be approved for processing.

If you do not currently have phone or text options set up as your secure access delivery options – or if you need to update your secure delivery options – please log in to Online Banking. Go to Settings > Security Preferences > Secure Delivery and make the necessary updates for your secure delivery option.

What's new in the mobile app?

To enable the following security features, go to Menu > Settings > Security Preferences

NEW! 4-digit PIN Authentication: Users can set up a 4-digit PIN (Passcode) to login to mobile banking.

Download the Android app

If you don’t have automatic updates enabled, just go to Google Play Store on your phone, and search Velocity Credit Union. Click on the “Update” button and you’ll be good to go!

Download the iPhone app

If you don’t have automatic updates enabled, just go to the App Store on your phone, click the “Updates” tab at the bottom of your screen, pull down on the next screen and the Velocity app should appear in the list of your apps that have updates available. Click on the “Update” button and you’ll be good to go!
