In order to access Velocity Credit Union's Online Banking system, you will need the following:- Internet browser software that supports security encryption. We recommend Netscape Navigator (version 4.00 or newer) or Microsoft Explorer (version 4.0 or newer with Java plug-in). The Credit Union's Internet Online Banking system will not allow connections from browsers that do not support high level security encryption
- A valid six digit Online Banking password is required. If you do not have an Online Banking password or if you do not remember your password, you may apply for one at any Velocity Credit Union office, by mail, or by printing out the StarTeller/Online Banking application and faxing it to 469-7191
- Your Velocity Credit Union member number
- For optimal viewing of Velocity's Online Banking, set your display settings to 1024 by 768 pixels. This will ensure that you can see all of the navigation buttons clearly.
- If you wish to use Electronic Bill Payment services, you must have an Velocity Credit Union checking account
In order to use Velocity Credit Union's Online Banking, you must have an Online Banking password which is obtained by completing and signing an Online Banking application and agreement. Use of the password and transactions you (or someone authorized by you) perform using the Online Banking system are covered by the terms and conditions of your Online Banking agreement and, where applicable, the terms and conditions of the Credit Union's Electronic Funds Transfer (Regulation E) disclosure. You were delivered a copy of the Online Banking agreement and Regulation E disclosure at the time you obtained your password. However, you may request an additional copy of the agreement and disclosure at any Velocity Credit Union office in person, by phone, by mail, or by e-mail. By using Velocity Credit Union's Online Banking service, you indicate your agreement to the terms and conditions outlined here.
